My concerns about this proposed development are:
Increased traffic on lower part of Blairforkie Drive that is often dangerous already due to the large number of parked cars.
Loss of scenic views from the Darn walk especially important now as more people are walking & taking exercise due to the restrictions imposed by COVID-19.
The local Health Centre & Primary School do not have the capacity for an increased population.
Hi Stuart we are holding a webinar for residents and the developer to address questions on Feb 2nd at 7pm if you are interested in joining. https://www.ccbridgeofallan.org.uk/blairforkie-drive-planning-webinar-feb-2nd-7pm/
My objection is because this is green belt land that should not be being used to build housing on. Even though I live in Causewayhead this sort of development affects us all.

I object to this in the strongest possible terms. This is an area of outstanding natural beauty. This planning is driven purely by greed. This is greenbelt land and will have a disastrous effect on the area. It will be a frightful eyesore, and have implications on traffic, pollution and the local wildlife.
I’m from dunblane , and will tell you allanwater development lie and change plans so whatever plans are in now they will try and change them and build more houses or flats. will do anything to cut costs and build more trust me. they promised people in dunblane a acoustic fence that never went up and completely changed plans after sold houses. I will stand with people of bridge of Allan for this.
