The Scottish Land Commission is holding a public meeting on Thursday 10 May at Raploch Community Campus, Stirling at 6pm
The event provides people with the opportunity to find out more about the newly established Scottish Land Commission, who we are and what we do. We are also interested in hearing from communities and what they think the priorities are for land reform. It is also a chance for people to find out more about land reform and the benefits it can bring communities. For more information about the Land Commission please visit our website: http://landcommission.gov.scot/..
I will attend the meeting as I am very sceptical about the use of the Scottish Land Commission.
However, you would be best to get to grips with total reform of crofting law. Preferably the whole system should be abolished along with all the regulation and all crofters should be granted title to their crofts and croft houses and the Crofting Commission disbanded.
Hi Isabel,
It’s great that you can make it along. Pardon my ignorance but not being familiar with anything really pertaining to Land regulations and law I wonder if you could advise on what relevance this could or would have for us here in Bridge of Allan?
Regards,
Michael
