Stirling Council have notified us of the temporary closure of the Cornton Level Crossing from 2300 hours on 1st October 2017 until 0500 hours on 2nd October 2017. The purpose of the closure is to facilitate maintenance works on the crossing.
The alternative route is via Causewayhead Road, Airthrey Road, Henderson Street, Fountain Road, Cornton Road and vice versa.
There is a separate alternative route for HgVs involving Burghmuir Road, Kerse Road and then Airthrey Road, Henderson Street and Cornton Road.
