Memorial Park Tree Removal Update

Contract for the tree works has
been awarded to Ayrshire Tree Surgeons. Weather permitting they will start work
on Monday September 4^th, the work is estimated to take until Friday
September 8^th.

Stirling Council have taken the decision that
disinfectant mats are not going to be worthwhile and are not going down. The contractor has
stated he will have to close sections of the paths. 

All
the trees removed will be replaced with different varieties later in the year.
